Could you please provide me with information on what Respiratory Diagnostic Equipment (PFT, CPET, Spirometers, Feno) are currently in use across all the Hospitals and clinics within your NHS Trust.

I am particularly interested in the equipment in the following departments or similar departments. 

• Cardio Respiratory
• Pulmonary Function
• Cystic Fibrosis
• Outpatients Department
• Paediatrics
• Chest Clinic
• Respiratory Department
• Occupational Health
• Primary Care 

I would like to know the following please:

1. The number of current devices in use.
2. Manufacturer and type of device.
3. Which Hospitals and departments are they in.
4. Date of installation.
