I require information relating to the Trusts decision to change prescriptions of Melatonin capsule 3mg to Melatonin tablets 3mg.

I was made aware by the Dispensing Manager at Kent and Canterbury Hospital Pharmacy that they received an email on or around 19th October 2022 detailing the reasons behind this change. I request this email specifically. Or any other documentation of this nature.
