On 8th February NHS England published the number of Never Events that occurred at each NHS trust between 01 April 2023 and 31 December 2023. Found Here: https://www.england.nhs.uk/patient-safety/never-events-data/

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust was shown to have recorded 5 Never Events.

Can you please provide the type and a brief description of these Never Events, like the NHS reports them? For example, “Wrong site surgery – Incision to wrong organ/structure”
