Please can I have information relating to current surgical and equipment drape usage in the theatre departments, across the hospitals in your Trust.

I would like a usage report for the current financial year so far (or last financial year if this is unavailable), including the following information. Preferably in an excel format.

  1. Drape code
  2. Description
  3. Manufacturer name
  4. quantity usage
  5. total spend for each drape.
