Request Details

  1. Please provide the Trust's target timescales for responding to Access to Records requests.

  2. Please also provide the proportion of requests which were completed (records sent to requester) within:

a. 30 days
b. 60 days
c. 90 days
d. more than 90 days

In each month or quarter (however they are collated) for 2023/24.

  1. If requests for the records of deceased patients are handled under a different policy/timeframe, please provide data separately, but as above, for those requests.
